Rasulullah (may peace on it) said:

O Kaab Ibn Ajrah, he heaven will not enter the meat

O Ka’ab bin ‘Ujrah, will never enter the paradise of meat that grows from illegal properties, hell is more feasible for it

Takhrij hadith:

This hadith narrated by:

– Imam Ath Thabarani in Al Mu’jam Al Kabir, Volume. 19, p. 141, No Hadith.

– Also Ath Thabarani in Al Awsath, Volume. 4, p. 378, also from Ka’ab bin ‘Ujrah, with a slightly different pronunciation:

He did not enter heaven for me

Never go to heaven of the flesh that grows from illicit treasures, and every meat that grows from illicit property, hell is more appropriate for him.

Similar hadiths are narrated from various other pathways, such as:

– Abu Bakar Ash Shiddiq (see Al Bihaqi, Syu’abul Faith, Volume. 7, p. 505)

– Abdurrahman bin Samurah (Al Hakim, Al Mustadrak ‘Alash Shahihain, Volume. 4, p. 141, no. 7162)

– Jabir bin Abdillah (see Al Jami ‘Ash Sahih Lissunan Wal Masanid, Volume. 6, p. 169)

-Ibnu ‘Abbas (Ismail Al Ashfahani, in Targhhh Wat Tarhib, Volume. 2, pp. 313-314)

The hadiths of each other strengthen each other, so that scholars say Hasan or valid, including:

– Imam at Tirmidzi (Al ‘Iraqi, Takhrijul Ihya’, p. 437)

– Imam Al Hakim (Al Mustadrak no. 7162)
– Imam Adz Dzahabi in Talkhish
– Shaykh Al Albani (Shahihul Jami ‘no. 4519)

Meanwhile, Imam Ibn Jarir narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:

Every meat that is secured by meneti, and fire is the first.

“Every meat that grows from” as suhtu “(illicit treasure) then hell is more feasible for him.” Then someone asked: “Is the US Suhtu?” He answered: “Risywah (Sogokan-Suap) in Law (Judicial)”

(Fathul Bari, Volume. 4, p. 454, Sanadnya All Rawinya Trusted but Mursal)

Lessons from the Hadith:

– This hadith shows a warning of dangers in the hereafter for those who meet their needs from the US Suhtu (haram), be it income, food, and drinks. (Ash Shan’ani, At Tahbir Li Idhah Ma’ani at Taysir, Volume. 3, p. 741)

– The threat of hell and will not go to heaven is evidence of this act including a very big sin.

-One of the illicit assets in question is risywah (bribes) in the judiciary, and of course applies to bribery in general.

– The threat to this hadith applies to those who died he did not repent and have not been forgiven. Then, is it in Hell Abadi? If he still believes that illicit treasure is haram, then he is still a Muslim, and the situation is according to the will of Allah Ta’ala whether to be forgiven or tortured according to the level of sin. But if he justifies the clear haram, then he has been apostate, this is what was declared not to enter heaven at all.

– Imam Ali Al Qari explained:

Any entry first with the survivors; Conversely, after the torture of his meal for the forbidden, he does not free him, or he does not enter his high house, or the killer is that he is not forbidden, and is known from religion with losses, or people who want to be diligent, hardening, and hard -line, and because it is not limited by diligent people, hardening, and hard -line, and therefore is not limited by people who -line, and because it is not limited by people who are diligent, and hardened, and hard -line, and that are difficult to be limited by people who are diligent, and hardened, and hard, and hard -line, and therefore not limited by that person

(Not entering heaven) that is not entering heaven directly with people who survived; But after receiving a punishment according to the level of sin he eats illicit wealth, as long as that part is not forgiven.

Or (meaning) it will not go to high places in heaven.

Or so, he will not enter heaven at all if he believes in illegal property crimes, but that includes religious (famous) religious actions.

Or the meaning of the word is a form of prohibition, threat, and harsh warning. Therefore, the meaning is not limited to certain forms of specialization. (Mirqah Al Mafatih, Volume. 5, p. 1899)

-But for those who have been able to repent from illegal production, really -really to remove, abstain, regret, and not repeat it, then it is not included in this threat. Likewise, for those who have received forgiveness for their vast grace even though he hasn’t repented.

Imam Ali Al Qari continued:

As for when he repents or forgives it, it is not repentance and satisfaction of his own characteristics, or interviews, then it comes out of this one.

But if he has been converted, or forgiven by God without repentance, and Ridha opposes his enemies, or he gets a shappiness from intercession, then he comes out of this threat (not included in the threat). (Ibid)

May Allah Ta’ala keep us from the illegitimate income and wealth.

The prayer teaches the Prophet ﷺ to Ali bin Abi Talib radhiallahu ‘anhu:

Oh Lord

Allaahummakfinii bihalaalika ‘an haraamik, wa aghninii bifadlika’ amman shiwaak (o Allah, make me with your ignorance so you don’t need your frustration, and make me rich so you don’t need it). (Hours in Tirmidzi no. 3563, Imam in Tirmidzi said: Hasan)
