ANSWER

Wa’alaikumussalam wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh

1. Night prayer (Tahajud) can be done because after Isha arrived at Fajar (dawn), except for the Hambali sect who said it could be since Maghrib.

Generally the ulama explained the most important thing was in the last 1/3 night, based on the hadith:

From Abu Umamah Radhiallahu ‘anhu, he said:

Which one do I hear? He, hopefully God’s prayers and peace will be on him, saying: “Hampo that night, and embezzlement of written prayers.”

“Which prayer is the most heard? (HR. Di Tirmidzi, No. 3499. Hadith Hasan, See Sahih Wa Dhaif Sunan in Tirmidzi, No. 3499)

Another argument, the habit of the Prophet ﷺ Evening Sleeping evening first, then woke up and prayed Tahajud and Witir until dawn … this showed the end of the night.

2. God’s messenger (may peace surrender) will occur after ablution and before prayer. This is true and the sun is not mandatory.

From Au Hurairah Radhiallahu ‘Anhu, he said that the Prophet Sallallaahu’ alaihi wa Sallam said:

If it wasn’t because I was made in my country or people, I would order them to make you together with every prayer

If it does not burden my person or humanity, I will order them to be in every prayer. (Hours. Bukhari No. 887, Muslim No. 252, and this is the pronunciation of Bukhari)

3. Yes … there is, that’s the context if you wake up at night, not sleep in general.

Wallahu a’lam
