Imam Ibn Taimiyyah Rahimahullah
Although he strongly criticized some Shiite sects (such as Rafid), he issued fatwas in several of his letters stating the need to cooperate with them in fighting the infidels if they faced a common enemy, and he said:
“If the common enemy is the infidels, then fighting them is preferable to fighting the heretics, and all Muslims agree on the obligation of jihad against the infidels, even though they differ in other matters.”
[مجموع الفتاوى (28/ 540)]
Although he was harsh in criticizing some Shiite groups (such as the Rafidhah), he issued fatwas in several of his treatises regarding the obligation to cooperate with them in fighting the infidels if they faced a common enemy. He says:
“If the common enemy is the infidels, then fighting them is preferable to fighting the heretics. And all Muslims agree on the obligation of jihad against the infidels, even though they differ in other opinions.”

Fatwa Al Lajnah Ad Daimah, Saudi Arabia:
The Standing Committee was asked about the law of fighting Shiites (which is the term given to some Shiite sects) with infidels? Are they infidels?
He answered:
“If the Rafids fight the disbelievers, then they fight with them, and they are helped in fighting the disbelievers, because they are Muslims, and because fighting the disbelievers is more important than fighting those who innovate, and it has been proven from the Prophet Muhammad SAW, that he said: “Fight the polytheists with your efforts, your money and your tongue.”
[فتاوى اللجنة الدائمة (2/ 199-200)]
Al-Lajnah Ad-Da’imah was once asked about the law of fighting Rafidhah (the name for some Shia groups) together with infidels. Are they infidels?
They answered:
“If the Rafidah community fights the disbelievers, then they (the disbelievers) fight together and help fight the disbelievers; because they are Muslims, and because fighting the disbelievers is more important than fighting those who are astray.
It has been confirmed from the Prophet ﷺ that he said: ‘Fight the polytheists with your wealth, your souls and your words.’”
(Fatawa Al-Lajnah Ad-Da’imah, 2/199–200)
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baaz Rahimahullah (Mufti of Saudi Arabia at that time)
Sheikh Ibn Baz was asked about how to deal with the Shiites in Islamic countries if the infidels attacked them, then he issued a fatwa that it was necessary to support them, and he said:
“If they are Muslims, then it is obligatory to support them in fighting the infidels, and cooperate with them in fighting the infidels… But if they are those who reject the extremists who call on Ali or seek help from the dead, then in our opinion they are astray, but we do not declare them infidels because of that, and are obliged to cooperate with them in fighting the infidels if they are in Islamic countries, and their government is a rebel government, and if the rebels attack them, then the infidels must be expelled from them.”
[مجموع فتاوى ابن باز (28/ 287-288)]
Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Baz was once asked about the law of interacting with Shiites in an Islamic country if they were attacked by infidels. He determined that it was obligatory to help them, and said:
“If they are Muslims, then it is obligatory to help them fight the unbelievers, and to cooperate with them in fighting the unbelievers…
However, if they are among the extreme Rafidhah, who pray to Ali or ask for help from the dead, then we think they are misguided. But we don’t trust them because of that. And it is still mandatory to cooperate with them in fighting the infidels if they are in a Muslim country. Their law is like the law of bughat (rebels), and if bughat is attacked by infidels, it is obligatory to repel attacks from them by infidels.”

Sheikh Muhammad bin Salih Al ‘Utsaimin Rahimahullah
He was asked about the law of fighting infidels along with the Shiites, and he answered:
“If there is a common enemy attacking an Islamic land, then it is the duty of all Muslims to unite against that enemy, and sectarian differences do not matter when an infidel enemy attacks, because warding off a greater danger takes precedence over warding off a smaller danger.”
[لقاء الباب المفتوح (لقاء رقم 67)]
He (Shaykh Utsaimin) was also asked about the law of fighting infidels together with the Shiites. So he answered:
“If there is a common enemy attacking Islamic countries, then it is obligatory for all Muslims to unite to face that enemy. Differences in sects are not considered when there is an attack from an infidel enemy, because rejecting a greater danger must take precedence over rejecting a smaller danger.”

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.
In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.
The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
