Women's hair loss, what is genitals?

What is the hair of a woman who has, still included in the genitalia, so it cannot be seen by her non -mahram? (+62 813-8229-xxxx)

ANSWER

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim ..

This was debated by scholars. But the safety opinion is that a woman’s hair ruins are also genitals as they are still integrated with their heads. Like the feet, hands, thighs, when integrated with the body is aurat then even when it is cut off.

Imam Zainuddin Al Malibari said in Fathul Mu’in:

And everything that is forbidden to see it or from it is prohibited from his eyes separately

Every illicit genitalia is seen when it is still integrated with the body, it is also haram to be seen when cut off like pieces of the nails of the hands, toenails, women’s hair, and male pubic hair. Then it is mandatory to be hidden.

Then the hair should be in the grave as a piece of other limbs.
