Before Safar has entered Zhuhur, pray first or can it be plural?

QUESTION:

Peace be upon you, and Allah mercy and blessings
When Ana wanted to go to safar and then the prayer was heard.
What should be to do
1 keep leaving and then praying the Jama Qosor on the way, or
2 pilgrims at the mosque at home, after that they just left
Syukron wa jazakallahukhair wassalamu’alaikum wr wb (+62 813-8502-xxxx)

ANSWER

Wa’alaikumussalam wa rahmatullah wa barakatuh

If at the destination there is no urgent, just zuhur in the mosque near the house, then departed. But if there is something urgent there, and someone is being pursued, it’s okay to be plural when you get there ..

For the authority of Anas Ibn Malik, he said
God’s envoy, may God’s prayers and peace be on it, when He is leveled before the sun is overwhelmed

From Anas bin Malik, he said: “That is the Prophet Sallallaahu ‘Alaihi wa Sallam If he traveled before the sun slipped (before Saturn), then he would end Zhuhur’s prayer during the Asr, and he came down and shed both.” (HR. Al Bukhari No. 1112)

Say Shaykh Sayyid Sabiq Rahimahullah:

The combination of two prayers on the way when one of them was permitted in the words of most scholars.

“Mammaking two prayers on the way, at the time of one of the two prayers, it is may be according to the majority of the scholars, the same as going down (stopping) or on its journey.” (Fiqhus Sunnah, 1/289)
