Utilizing the mosque, cash, the area for the sake of qurban

For the mosque of the mosque alias Muqayyad is bound by special provisions, it is impossible to carry out qurban operations. He must be allocated for such needs. If it is only for mosques and prosperity, then that is only for that.

Shaykh Sayyid Abdurrahman bin Muhammad Ba’alawiy Rahimullah said:

What is collected by humans and they offer to the prosperity of the mosque either by pathway, grants, alms, which are collected in the hands of DKM or their representatives, such as efforts for the prosperity of the mosque, then it belongs to the mosque. DKM is given a mandate to use it for the prosperity of the mosque in the form of renovation, building, buying tools or renting. (Bughyah Al Mustarsyidin, p. 65)

The mosque yard, in principle, is possible, is why part of the prosperity of the mosque (‘Imarah Ma’nawiyah), a general mass of Muslims, who perform worship and sacrifice including the meaning of prosperity in it. Therefore, it is for Muslims, including qurban.

In the mosque yard, the motorcycle market is permitted, the training of the Prophet’s friends in the mosque yard and in it.

Unless the reason is due to cleanliness, of course the story is different. Because, disbursing blood will have a unclean impact, as is the opinion of the majority of scholars about the unclean blood. On this side why qurban must be separated from the mosque area.

There is also the use of mosque assets for the benefit of worshipers and worship, whatever the form is that it is allowed. Because it is part of prosperous prosperous (‘Imarah Ma’nawiyah).

Sheikh Sayyid Abdurrahman Ba’alawiy said:

This is permitted, but the value is delegated to make coffee, smoking, and others who are accustomed to the mosque in the mosque.

It is possible, even recommended, as a form of appreciation, by doing anything that becomes habits in the mosque in the form of coffee, dukhun (bukhur/aroma therapy), or other who can stimulate people who pray.

There is also a sacrifice in the mosque it is not allowed, and there has never been a Sacrifice committee doing it, it won’t even think at all.
