What is collected by humans and they offer to the prosperity of the mosque either by pathway, grants, alms, which are collected in the hands of DKM or their representatives, such as efforts for the prosperity of the mosque, then it belongs to the mosque. DKM is given a mandate to use it for the prosperity of the mosque in the form of renovation, building, buying tools or renting. (Bughyah Al Mustarsyidin, p. 65)
The mosque yard, in principle, is possible, is why part of the prosperity of the mosque (‘Imarah Ma’nawiyah), a general mass of Muslims, who perform worship and sacrifice including the meaning of prosperity in it. Therefore, it is for Muslims, including qurban.

Sheikh Sayyid Abdurrahman Ba’alawiy said:
